Leandro holds a Master in Economics from National University of La Plata – Argentina, where he was born. At the moment he is the Chief of the Investment Promotion Office at the Embassy of the Argentine Republic to the Italian Republic. Previously, he was Advisor to the Minister of Economy of his country; Manager at the Tax Collection Agency of Buenos Aires – Argentina (ARBA), among other experiences in the public sector. He also worked as financial analyst at Microsoft Argentina & Uruguay, Thomson Reuters Latin America and Oracle Latin America.
