Ahmed Sobhi Hamidou began his career as a sales executive in the FMCGs sector and transitioned into positions as sales supervisor and Business Development Manager representing different companies, such as Nestle, Savola, Johnson Wax, Hero, El-Rashidy, Covertina, Lava, and Caltex. Ahmed is the Vice-President of FMCG Qebaa, one of the biggest FMCGs Distributors in the Egyptian Market (sales turnover 1.5 Billion Egyptian Pound in 2018).

Ahmed is an adjunct professor of Marketing and Management at the AUC, AASTMT and other universities. He has taught a variety of programs and courses at prestigious institutions, covering topics from marketing, management strategies and supply chain to interpersonal skills development with special focus on using simulation based courses. In SSM Cairo, Dr. Ahmed is the Dean and responsible of the Entrepreneurship Department; he provides courses in Marketing, Business Strategies, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Management and others.

Ahmed is a Business Partner for B2LS Consulting; B2LS has been working all across the Middle East, finishing assignments in 17+ countries. We work extensively in three countries (Egypt, KSA, and UAE) within our local branches. Our scope of work is usually focused on strategy setting, emergence, and implementation as well as optimization using lean, six sigma, kaizen and other tools. We have partnership with the leading Japanese company Gemba, which we represent across the Middle East. Currently, B2LS have contributed a lot in making of the strategy for El Araby Group, Helal and Golden Star, Mohamed Al Sagheer, Samir and Ali, Hero, Kraft, Tamer Group (KSA), ALJ Group (KSA) and many other companies. B2LS is also working to optimize companies such as Nissan Egypt (and all local suppliers), Bin Zagr (KSA), Computek (Middle East) and Medtronics (Middle East). The net worth of the clients we serve exceeds Billion SAR 150 by June 2017.

Ahmed is a consultant for different companies in the region going through different phases of Strategic Changes. He is an Accredited Trainer from European Logistics Association (ELA).

Ahmed holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration in 2001, an MBA in Marketing in 2004, and a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration with Honors in 2013, presenting a new theory in leadership (Revolving Leadership).
