Ahmed Shawky started his career as a production engineer in Al Sawary Aluminum Company. Few years later, he has been able to establish his own glass company in KSA.

Ahmed had successfully run Pharos glass for 10 years in which it was recognized by Prince Faisal Ben Salman Ben Abdul-Aziz, Prince of Al Madinah Al Munawarah and the Minister of Trade and Industry, who attended its opening ceremony, as one of the most promising facilities in KSA at that time. Ahmed as the COO of Pharos glass managed and completed several major projects for example: Prince Mohamed Abdul-Aziz Airport (Main and Hajj Terminals) and King Abdullah Economic City.

Ahmed recently joined Inspire for Management Consultancy as a supply chain consultant. In SSM Cairo, Ahmed is an assistant lecturer in supply chain management in Cairo and KSA.

Ahmed holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from Alexandria Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2009. He is CPIM–Certified in Production and Inventory Management the Association of Supply Chain Management, APICS; and Attended PMP–Project Management Professional CMS Construction and Management Solution PMP training program.
